Science moves the world forward — and at ThingsLog, we are committed to moving science forward.

Breakthroughs in connectivity, sustainability, and resource management start with researchers, educators, and mission-driven organizations. That is why ThingsLog actively supports scientific research in low power wide area networks (LPWAN), environmental monitoring, and the engineering disciplines behind metering and monitoring in challenging environments — with substantial discounts on our technology and a genuine partnership mindset.

Research we champion

Low Power Wide Area Networks

Research in LPWAN technologies — LoRa, NB-IoT, LTE Cat M1 — network performance, energy-efficient communication protocols, and next-generation connectivity for the Internet of Things

Environmental Monitoring

Air and water quality studies, climate and ecosystem observation, hydrology, and long-term environmental data collection in the field

Metering & Monitoring in Challenging Environments

Engineering research on measurement and telemetry where power, connectivity, and access are scarce — from remote water networks and off-grid installations to extreme climates
